Complementary skills and experience…

The two principals behind Amos + Advisors, Ann Marie O'Shea and Marcus Diggle, have very different backgrounds and skill sets. Ann Marie has built, operated, and exited multiple healthcare-related businesses. She has an MBA and is a Ph.D. candidate. Ann Marie’s deep and proven expertise in all aspects of financial modeling and business operations underpins all Amos business plans. On the other hand, Marcus has a creative background in publishing and sponsorship sales. He led a successful management buyout of New York-based publishing company Profile pursuit to form HealthSpring Communications. During this time, Marcus honed his ability to present complex ideas in a consumer-friendly way -- a handy skill in his current role. He has a rare ability to understand and articulate value propositions quickly, and his publishing experience helps Amos craft beautiful and resonant presentations and decks.

She is completing her doctorate work in Organization Development from Cabrini University.

Ann Marie lives in Pennsylvania with her husband, Eoin, their three children, and their dog, Taco. In her free time, she loves reading, long walks, and kayaking.

Marcus Diggle has breadth and depth of experience in marketing, content production, and sales leadership. With over two decades of experience in B2B and B2C publishing, digital media, sales team management, remuneration structuring, stakeholder management, and creative oversight. Recently, he completed a comprehensive digital marketing program at Cornell. Since overseeing sponsorship sales for BAFTA, Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses, the ATP, and his long-standing role as publisher of Pride Magazine, Marcus has served as the CEO, Sales Director, and Marketing Director of several companies. When not being brilliant, you can find Marcus in Southern Florida sailing, spearfishing, or teaching his son rock climbing.
